See the link for a tutorial. Felting wool around soap is really easy and fun to do. You don't need much felt for one jacket: about 8-10 grams is enough. If you want a shape on your jacket you have to lay down the wool first and then needle felt the shape on the wool.

You will need

1 piece of Soap any kind will do 10 g carded Wool
