I made this outfit costume Sandiego Comic Con and Halloween. I based it of the one's they wear at the parks. It took me a lot of time to get it right but it turned out fine.
The time is just an estimate. It took me a couple of days at various times to make this outfit. Also I'm not sure of what exact fabric I used. ^^"
