A cute project I found online during a blizzard. Perfect for lining your sidewalk/driveway on snowy nights! Its a little tedious to keep the snowballs from falling, but it looks beautiful!

Remember stancing cups back when you were younger? Three on the bottom, two on the spaces, and 1 on top? This is the same basic principle used here. Start making snowballs. A good amount is around 8-10 of them. Arrange the snowballs in a circle around a small votive or tea light cnadle. This is your first rung.
Make more snowballs, stacking them on top of where two snowballs join on the first rung. So if you had 8 on the bottom, you should have 7 on the next layer.
Continue doing this until the opening on top is still large enough to light your candle.
Light the votive using the long neck lighter. (If you don't know what these are, they are basically a safety precautioned form of a lighter. Typically used for lighting things in places where astandard lighter could burn you easily)
Continue making snowballs and fitting them over the previous ring of snowballs until the top hole is covered.
Voila! A snow latern!
