Smothered Pork Chops
Or Chicken

About
I was challenged on one of the board discussions to post a traditional recipe. It's hard to know what is a true traditional American recipe. The US is made up of many many different cultures.
So, since I'm African American, I though I'd post a soul food recipe. For me, this is traditional.
BTW...if you don't eat pork, you can use boneless skinless chicken breast it's equally delicious and more healthy.
