The cheesecake is best made the day before you need it.

You will need

Base
1 1/2 cup Digestives Crumbed 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 5 tbsp Butter Melted 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips 1 cup Marshmallows
Cheesecake
32 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Sour Cream 2 eggs 3/4 cup Heavy Cream 3/4 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Corn Flour 2 tsp Vanilla
Topping
10 oz Chocolate Sauce Marshmallows

Description

The cheesecake is best made the day before you need it.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 160 degrees. Base... Mix biscuits, brown sugar, vanilla & butter together. Press into a tin.

2. 

   Top with chocolate chips & marshmallow.

3. 

   Cheesecake... Mix cream cheese, corn flour, sugar & vanilla together until smooth.

4. 

   Add sour cream, heavy cream & eggs. Mix well.

5. 

   Bake in a ban Marie for 1 1/2 hrs until set. Turn oven off & leave cheesecake to cool in oven. Remove & refrigerate.

6. 

   Pour chocolate sauce over the top of cheesecake.

7. 

   Top with marshmallows. Blow torch to colour.
