You Will Need (2 things)
- 6 Baby Potatoes peeled and sliced
- Sunflower Oil
Steps (1 step, 20 minutes)

Place the sliced potatoes in a frying pan and put enough oil in to just cover them.
Shallow fry for around 10-20 minutes keeping any eye they don't burn on one side. When they're a re golden brown, take them out and place them on a bit of kitchen roll to get rid of most the oil on them.
