I bought a skirt from Goodwill for Bible School at my church. It did the job, but it was way too big and couldn't be held up well with a belt. Also, I'm very short (5'1"), so unfortunately, long skirts don't suit me very well. So I decided to not let my money go to waste and reconstruct the skirt to fit me!
