I am becoming adicted to transforming trousers legs into skirts. The idea is based on tutorial: (same one as my previous project - "2 out of one", but this time trousers were not a boot cut but cigarette so I didn't have enough fabric around my waist and had to add a panel. Which happen to be scrap from the slip cover :-).
