Skirt From A Shirt

This is actually my Teach-Myself-to-Sew project. It started out as a tube top (made out of one of my dad's old shirts) for me, then I realized that I took the sides in too far to fit around my, ahem, top half.So I tightened the elastic around the top and voila! A skirt for my little sister.
