Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
For cakes: combine all of the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add into each other until just combined. Pour half a cup of mixture each into 2 well greased ramekins. Bake for 13 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from ramekins.
For Icing: combine milk and sugar and top the cooled cakes with it. Stack the cakes and ENJOY!
