You Will Need (14 things)
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp White Vinegar
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 tsp White Sugar
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 4 tbsp Confectioners Sugar
- 1 tbsp freshly brewed Coffee
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 ¼ tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 15 drops red Food Coloring
Steps (3 steps, 23 minutes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

For cakes: combine all of the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add into each other until just combined.
Pour half a cup of mixture each into 2 well greased ramekins.Bake for 13 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from ramekins.

For Icing: combine milk and sugar and top the cooled cakes with it. Stack the cakes and ENJOY!
