You Will Need (14 things)

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tsp White Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 4 tbsp Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 tbsp freshly brewed Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 ¼ tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 15 drops red Food Coloring

Steps (3 steps, 23 minutes)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    For cakes: combine all of the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add into each other until just combined.
    Pour half a cup of mixture each into 2 well greased ramekins.

    Bake for 13 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from ramekins.

    For Icing: combine milk and sugar and top the cooled cakes with it. Stack the cakes and ENJOY!
