This will leave your skin fresh and moisturized after your shower or bath. No lotion needed! Sometimes I substitute sugar for brown sugar and add cinnamon. Once you get the basic mix down you can makes all sorts of scrubs. I will never spend my money on way over priced scrubs again because this is the best!!!

You will need

½ tsp Vitamin E Oil 1 cup Granulated Sugar or raw sugar ¼ cup Almond Oil or walnut oil 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract (for scent)

Instructions

1. 

   Combine sugar and oils in a glass or old scrub container you have.

2. 

   Add the 'extras' of your choice then after cleaning your skin first. The ingredients can separate a little. Stir with fingers before using if this happens. Enjoy the amazing way your skin feels afterwards : )
