Simple French Toast

My Dad loves French Toast so I decided to make him some for breakfast. This is a really easy recipe but it's delicious!

You will need

¼ tsp Salt Bread 2 Egg(s) ⅗ cup Milk ¼ tsp Cinnamon ¼ tsp Nutmeg

My Dad loves French Toast so I decided to make him some for breakfast. This is a really easy recipe but it's delicious!

Instructions

1. 

   Beat together two eggs with a pinch of salt.

2. 

   Pour in the milk.

3. 

   Heat up some butter on a griddle frying pan.

4. 

   Dip the bread in your egg mixture and let it soak up a little and then turn over to cover both sides.

5. 

   Place on the hot griddle and leave to cook until golden brown. Flip over and cook the other side too.

6. 

   Serve hot with a dusting of icing sugar and maple syrup.
