I wanted to make a simple wire ring and this was the easiest idea I could come up with. check out the tutorial and let me know if you like it :)
Hold the wire from an end but don't cut it from the bundle, Measure and keep 3 cm of the wire straight from that end and bend the wire with a looping plier as shown in the picture.
Use the flat nose plier to bend the wire upwards to create the second half of the heart, Again use the looping plier to bend the wire like the previous one, Squeeze the center part using the flat nose plier, Adjust the wire to complete the heart shape and wrap the extra part of the wire around the straight part. Cut extra wire if needed.
After making the first heart measure the straight part of the wire, including the wrapped end, Mark the ring size on the wire, Make the next heart by bending the wire on the marked area. Remember that the ring size should include the straight part of the wire and any one heart, otherwise the ring would become larger than the required size
Make the second heart similarly as the first one.. After making the second heart, wrap extra wire around the straight part and cut the wire from the bundle.
Now simply wrap the straight part of the wire around the mandrel to complete the ring. You can make this ring in no time... you can also use colorful craft wires to make it :)
