You Will Need (4 things)
- Scrap Fabric
- Needle
- Thread
- Iron (optional)
Steps (8 steps, 10 minutes)
-
1
Cut out a rectangular piece of fabric as big as you want. I used a 16X6 inch piece of fabric and got a bow that was about 5.5X3 in.
-
2
You're going to fold both sides (top and bottom) in towards the middle. They don't have to meet in the middle, just make sure that it ends up being the with that you want your bow to be.
You can iron them down if you want to make life easier for yourself.
-
3
You do the same with the other sides, (left and right) this time making sure what's left is what you want length of your bow to be.
You can iron these down too, if you want.
-
4
Now, you're going to cinch the fabric in the middle. Use the thread and sew it through the bottom of the bow then wrap the string around it for as long and as tight as you feel necessary then knot it.
-
5
Now, for the middle strip. You'll need a piece about 3X1.5 in. depending on how big your bow is.
-
6
You're going to do the same thing that you did with the bow and fold the top and bottom towards the center.
This piece if more difficult to work with so an iron would reaallly come in handy now.
-
7
Wrap the piece around the center of the bow and use the thread to stitch the edges together.

After you've cut off any loose strings and extra fabric, your bow is ready.
You can put it in your hair on your clothes. You can do whatever you want with it.
