Britty, I made it using tissue & liquid latex. Layering and moulding them around a polystyrene head shape and then elt it set then painted it.

I love your mask! It is the best one I've seen yet. Could you please let me know how you made it. I really want to be a Silent Hill nurse for Halloween this year but I'm having trouble finding out how to make a good looking mask like yours. Tips on a how to for the mask would be awesome! Thanks!
