This side table catches the eye but is super easy to make. Choose color you love, preferably a hue that contrasts with wooden surface. Antiquing wax makes perfect earthy finish.

Take a wooden side table. It is essential that the table you choose is made of wood so you get the bare wood visible to the table surface.
Remove as much paint with scraper as you can and then finish by sanding. It doesn't matter if the foot has some paint in it because you are going to paint it again. The table surface though should be clean with no paint stains.
Sand the table surface clean and smooth with sander. Remember that the table surface is going to be left visible with no covering paint. Clean the table with water and a towel. Let dry.
Paint the table foot and the edge of the table surface with coconut paint. I chose lilac color. Paint 1-3 layers. Let dry properly.
Then it is time to treat the table surface. Apply antiquing wax with a cloth to the wood. Let dry.
Sand the table surface gently so you get the beautiful wood visible and the surface becomes a bit lighter. Clean with cloth and you are ready.
