Make a pair of old boring stilettos into a pair of glittering ready-to-party-stilettos! It is very easy! You can do this just in the bottom of the stilettos, like i did, maybe the whole stiletto, your jewelry, your nails, your cell phone, your lamp... you name it!
Make a pair of old boring stilettos into a pair of glittering ready-to-party-stilettos! It is very easy! You can do this just in the bottom of the stilettos, like i did, maybe the whole stiletto, your jewelry, your nails, your cell phone, your lamp... you name it!
What you will need: - a newspaper - a pair of stilettos (or whatever you will make glittery) - some tape - a plastic cup - a spoon - liquid glue, that becomes transparent when dry. Maybe PVA glue, i'm not quite sure what that is. - glitter (the finer, the better) - a brush - hairspray
Take your tape and put it on the stiletto. Just around the area, where your glitter is going to be. You don't need to cover the whole stiletto, just a little bit, so the hairspray won't be all over your stiletto.
Put the glue and the glitter in a plastic cup.
Mix it with your brush.
Mix it until it looks kind of like this. I made quite a lot, you don't need this much, just for the bottoms of the stilettos.
Paint the glue/glitter mix on your stiletto.
Use a spoon to sprinkle more glitter onto your stiletto. Use your finger to dab carefully (!) the glitter on the stiletto.
When the glue has dried, pat carefully on the stiletto, so the loose glitter will fall off. Spray your hair spray on the glitter, to make it last.
Put some more glitter on the layer of hair spray with a spoon.
When the hair spray has dried, pat carefully on the stiletto, so the loose glitter will fall off. Spray your hair spray on the glitter again, to make it last.
Take off the tape, and your stilettos are done and ready to party! :)
