I did measurements on my sewing machine and then used my sewing machine and my Serger to attach all the pieces together. When I cut the pink and purple flames I should have put them in more of an arch shape than leaving them in a box shape would have made sewing them together easier. I sewed the longer pieces together first using my Serger. Then I sewed the side pieces together using the sewing machine. The last thing I did was hem all the bottom to give it a nice edge and even look. There are many ways to do a Sewing machine cover but this was a fun way to try one.
