Tuna has become one of my favourite dishes, so I've been inventing lots of new ways to serve it up for dinner!
Cook the soba noodles, rinse and leave to cool. Toast the white and black sesame seeds in a frying pan until they begin to pop and remove from the heat.
Mix together the toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, spring onions and half of the toasted sesame seeds.
Spray the tuna steaks with olive oil and coat both sides in sesame seeds.
Pour the remaining sesame seeds in to your sauce and stir in the noodles.
Cook the tuna steaks for 3 minutes on either side until seared but still pink in the middle.
Serve the soba noodles with a hot tuna steak on top and enjoy!
