You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Handful of frozen Berries
  • ¾ Glass of Soy Milk

Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

    Place all the ingredients in a blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Serve with a frozen berry.
