Inspired by the beach at North Berwick, this winter warmer combines gin, rum, brown sugar, butter, mixed spices and a pinch of sea salt to make a rich seaside winter warmer.

You will need

1 oz NB Gin 1 oz Dark Rum 2 oz Hot Water 3 tsp Brown Sugar 1 tsp Butter 1 tsp Mixed Spice

Instructions

1. 

   Place the butter, sugar and spice in a tea cup.

2. 

   Add the hot water and stir until all the sugar and butter has dissolved.

3. 

   Add the gin and rum, stir and serve hot.
