Cut a long length of green necklace cord.
Chain 120 using a crochet hook.
Remove the cork from the vial.
Screw one eye hook into the top of the cork.
Attach the seahorse charm to the other eye hook and then screw into the bottom of the cork.
Squeeze a few drops of superglue into the bottom of the vial.
Fill with sand and leave to dry. Make sure not to put too much in or your seahorse wont look like it's floating.
Add some air plants or seaweed to the bottom of the vial.
Collect a few small shells and add to your vial.
When you're happy with your vial, place a small funnel in the top.
Fill with water. I added a drop of green food colouring to mine to give it an extra lagoony look. Don't worry if some of the sand or plants float to the top, they'll eventually sink.
Stick some super glue around the edges of the cork and place inside the vial, securing in place.
Gather your crocheted chain, another length of cord and a yarn needle.
Place the vial in the middle of the cord and knot in place. Slip the two ends of the cord through the crochet chain.
Loop each side of the cord up either side of the chain, adding any nautical style beads, shells and sequins you like as you go.
Knot the braid at the top.
You're all done!
