It could be that it dries your hair or makes it oily, if you use too much / few of salt or oil. The Hair gel is for unmanageable hair. The Perfume is also optional. In case you don't like the spray's smell. The Lemon juice causes highlights and the alcohol solidifies them. The Leave-In Conditioner is only for some extra care. Put all ingredients together and stir. So the salt dissolves a little.
Put it through a hopper into the spray bottle and store it in the fridge. Otherwise it could go mouldy after some days / weeks. And you're done!
Before using it: Always stir or shake it so lees will dissolve. I also published a tutorial on how to use it to get really wavy hair.
