I saw this on Pinterest a while ago. It's pretty simple: Take 64 Scrabble tiles and form 4 4-letter words to create a square. You'll need to make up 16 4-letter words total. Glue each tile to each other with a thin layer of super glue or E600. Once dry, glue the bigger "tile" to a layer of cork. (I purchased rolled cork from a local craft supply store.) Seal the surface with mod podge or any other clear sealant.
