Scallop Hem Lace Skirt

I needed a skirt to wear underneath short skirts and dresses and when I found this adorable lace fabric with scalloped hem, I decided to make a lace skirt.
It's really simple, just 2 meters (2,18 yards) of fabric and two seams: the sideseam (remember to level the scallops!) and the seam attaching the elastic into the fabric.
This skirt can be dressed up or down, worn as an underskirt or as a regular skirt (another skirt worn underneath, obviously)
