You Will Need (4 things)

  • 2 oz Basil Hayden Dark Rye Bourbon
  • ¼ oz Absinthe
  • 3 oz Peychaud
  • 1 Brown Sugar Cube

Steps (1 step, 5 minutes)

    In a mixing glass combine sugar cube and bitters. Muddle for 5 seconds. Add Rye and stir. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Add absinthe to a chilled old fashioned glass and roll the absinthe and discard. Strain drink into glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
