I found this campaign in my February issue of Parents magazine, they have two patterns, one for a knitted cap, one for crochet. (my forte) All you have to do is make a baby hat, and send it to Save the Children, Caps for Good c/o The Doe Fund 173 Cook Street Brooklyn, NY 11206 and they will send it to Africa, Asia, or Latin America and be given to new mothers, and their babies as part of Save the Children's newborn health program. I fell in love with this cause and wanted to share it with all my crafty friends, they are accepting caps until February 28th, 2011, so here is the baby hat I made :) Hope you will join me!
