If the word ‘sans’ means without and we just learned all about serifs, I’m guessing that you could show me what sans serif type looks like.

That’s right, type without feet. Sans serif type is admired for its neatness, modernity and minimalism. While sans serifs work beautifully on their own, it’s also a great style to balance out a more ornate piece.
