You Will Need (11 things)

Base
- Short Crust Pastry

Filling
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Syrup
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt

Topping
- 220 ml Heavy Cream
- 220 g Chocolate
Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

Base...
Line a tin with pastry.
Cook according to instructions.
Allow to cool.

Filling...
Place all ingredients in a pan.
Slowly cook until light caramel colour.
Add salt. Stir through.

Pour into cooked shell case.
Allow to cool completely.

Topping...
Heat cream.
Add chocolate. Cover and leave for 5 mins.

Stir to combine.

Pour over the caramel.
Allow to set.

Cut and serve.
