These are really tasty. These can be made more or less spicy by altering the amount of chilli & pepper in the recipe. You can double up the spice recipe & store it for use another time.
These are really tasty. These can be made more or less spicy by altering the amount of chilli & pepper in the recipe. You can double up the spice recipe & store it for use another time.
Toast the sea salt in a pan until lightly browned.
Mix salt with all the other spice ingredients.
Place the chicken onto a tray. Sprinkle with a couple of tbsp of the spice mix.
Heat oven 200 degrees. Bake chicken on one side for 30 mins. Turn over the chicken, sprinkle with 2 tbsp spice & bake until cooked through approximately 30 more mins.
In a pan fry the pepper, onion, spring onions & chilli until lightly browning.
Add the chicken to the pan. Sprinkle in 2 tbsp of the spice mix. Cook for 3-4 mins. Taste & add more spice mixture if needed.
Sprinkle with some more spring onions. Serve.
