Put the canned tomatoes in to a bowl and mix in the vinegar.
Chop up the onion, tomatoes and red and green peppers.
Mix the vegetables in to the salsa and top with some of your favourite herbs. Leave to stew for a few hours and then serve with tortilla chips.
