Salmon Vodka Pasta

Smoked salmon pasta in a creamy parmesan vodka sauce

You Will Need (10 things)

  • 200 g Shell Pasta
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Butter for frying
  • 100 g Smoked Salmon
  • 100 ml Double Cream
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 100 g Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

Steps (6 steps, 20 minutes)

    Bring a pan of water to the boil and begin cooking the shell pasta. Chop the onion and garlic and fry with a little butter until golden.

    Tear in the smoked salmon.

    Add the double cream, vodka and grate in the parmesan cheese.

    Stir in the cooked pasta.

    Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with some fresh parsley.
