Turn leftover smoked salmon into a delicious pate with cream cheese, mustard, lemon and chives.
Turn leftover smoked salmon into a delicious pate with cream cheese, mustard, lemon and chives.
Place the chives in a blender and chop.
Add the cream cheese, smoked salmon, wholegrain mustard and squeeze in the juice from the lemon. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
Sprinkle with dried herbs and serve with crackers.
