I didn't use a pattern, just randomly sewed panels of fabric together then took it in as needed. I didn't hem the sleeves or the bottom, to give it the ragdoll look. Then I took some thick thread at "stitched together" some of the pieces of fabric, then added patches. For the back, I left a deep V then cut about ten button holes on each side, then laced it up with ribbon to fasten it. No buttons no zippers! I used cheap NYC liquid eyeliner on my chest and face (Which surprisingly stayed on all night) and used gray stockings for my legs and arms, and simply drew on the stitches with permanent marker. I tried dying my hair red, but that didn't turn out too well.. It was a lot of fun!
