Dough needs to be refrigerated for an hour before baking.
Cream butter, sugar & vanilla together.
Sift in flour & salt. Mix through a little until crumbly.
Stir in nuts. Squeeze together to form a dough. Cover with cling film & refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
Heat oven 392/200 degrees. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Place on a tray & bake for 10-12 mins.
Let cool slightly. Roll in icing sugar. Cool completely & coat in icing sugar again.
When cool, coat in icing sugar again.
Serve.
