You Will Need

Step 1Decorate a plain shirt over the shoulder/chest. Cut off the sleeves.

Step 2Cut a strip from another tee, about 1" wide and as long as the edge of your neckline. Fold it in half lengthwise.

Step 3Sew it on to your neckline with right sides facing.

Step 4Cut another strip, about 2" wide and sew up the front, pleating as you go.

Step 5Cut up the middle of the leftover fabric to make ties.

Step 6Sew on the waistband from another shirt. Pinch it together under the ruffle and sew on a tab.

thats so cute! i love little ruffles, they remind me of adorable dresses i wore when i was tiny (six to be exact)! It actually looks very runway inspired, especially the little tab. ;)
