Cut a hole in the bread, pop an egg in a fry it up! Then drizzle on some homemade rosemary honey mayonnaise sauce.

You Will Need (10 things)

  • 1 Slice of Bread
  • Of Salt
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • ½ tsp Poppy Seeds
  • Black Pepper

Steps (3 steps, 15 minutes)

    First cut a hole in the slice of bread. Melt the butter in a pan on medium to low heat. Toast the bread then pop the egg inside the hole and cover with a lid. Let it cook for at least 2-3 minutes or until the egg white is cooked.

    While the egg is cooking, in a bowl mix in the honey, mayonnaise, rosemary leaves, dried basil, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper.

    After the egg is done cooking, take it off the stove and place on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce and enjoy!
