Rosemary Gimlet

An aromatic lime & rosemary infused gin gimlet

This gimlet combines Daffy's Gin with homemade rosemary syrup and lime juice for a sweet, aromatic cocktail.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 250 ml Water
  • 200 g Sugar
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 2 fresh sprigs of Rosemary
  • 2 oz Daffys Gin
  • Rosemary sprig to serve

Steps (9 steps, 10 minutes)

    Bring the water to the boil in a sauce pan and add the sprigs of rosemary.

    Leave to infuse for an hour and then remove.

    Pour in the sugar.

  4. 4

    Stir to dissolve.

  5. 5

    Squeeze in the juice from the lime.

  6. 6

    Pour into a bottle and keep in your bar.

    When you're ready to make a cocktail, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and 1.5 ounces of syrup.

    Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

    Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
