Rose & Pistachio Flip
A gin flip cocktail with rose liqueur, pistachio, egg white and lemon

Floral and nutty, this cocktail combines Hernö Old Tom Gin with lemon, rose liqueur, egg white and crushed pistachios.

You Will Need (9 things)
- 1 tbsp Pistachios
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Ice
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz Hernö Old Tom Gin
- ½ oz Rose Liqueur
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ Lemon
- Rose bud
Steps (9 steps, 5 minutes)

Crush the pistachios with a mortar and pestle and mix together with the sugar.

Coat the rim of your cocktail glass with lemon juice and and dip into the crushed pistachios to coat the edge.

Pour the remaining pistachios into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Add the white from an egg.

Add the gin and simple syrup.

Add the rose liqueur.

Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

Shake well then strain into the cocktail glass.

Serve with a rose bud.
