If you can't find mini rolos you can chop ordinary size rolos to use.

You will need

2 cup Plain Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Butter 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 3/4 cup Sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp Vanilla 1 cup mini Rolos

Description

If you can't find mini rolos you can chop ordinary size rolos to use.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat 350/175 degrees. Cream butter & sugars together.

2. 

   Mix in eggs & vanilla.

3. 

   Add in flour, bicarb & salt.

4. 

   Fold in Rolos.

5. 

   Press into a tray . Top with a few extra rolos. Bake for 20 mins.

6. 

   Cut & serve.
