    You will need this...

  2. 1) First, cut approximately 6 cms of iron wire, then bend one of the extremity as on the picture 2) Roll up the wire around a pencil for example to be able to have the spiral shape

  3. 3)Thread pearls on the wire by leaving a little wire 4)Finally bend the remaining extremity of wire in the charming with a tie of earings (I am not sure that we can say it like that :s)
