I made a heart and dice from a polymer clay and attached it to leather strip. I decorated strip with rivets, lace and safety pins. I also attacher a ribbon on the back so it would fit all sizes necks :)It's quite simple if you look closely.

You will need

4 cm Lace Leather Strip white and red Polymer Clay 3 Rivets 2 Safety Pin(s) some metal Wire
