You will need an ice cream machine for this recipe. I was gifted Madagascan vanilla paste & though this would be a great way to use it & highlight the great flavour. You can use a cheaper version of vanilla but the flavour is far superior using the better quality ingredient.

You will need

3/4 cup Sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste 2 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Milk

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk together eggs, sugar & vanilla.

2. 

   Add cream & milk. Mix through.

3. 

   Place in Icecream machine & churn according to your machine settings. (Approx 55 mins).

4. 

   Decant to a tub & freeze until needed.

5. 

   Serve.
