hey there! if you eat a lot of rice like my family does, then you might like this easy recipe :) no, it's nothing fancy, but it's quick, easy and pretty yummy. my brother and i used to eat it at my grama's house for breakfast when we went over to visit so it's not only a way to use up rice, but a comfort food. it's a pretty versatile little meal, you can add almost anything you want to it: like ham and cheese for breakfast, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken... whatever your heart desires. sooo, i hope you like it :)

grab a bowl and break your eggs in there. the number of eggs and amount of rice you want is completely up to you.
mix the rice and egg together
add your herbs and/or ingredients, if you want to mix it in (those are onions pictured, in case you were wondering)
pour it onto a pan or griddle and let it cook
flip it like a pancake
now add toppings if you want and ENJOY :D
