Rice Muffins
with almond flavouring

I had some left over rice from lunch, so I decided to make some muffins from it.

You Will Need (8 things)
- 100 g cooked and cooled off Rice
- 50 g Sugar
- 200 g Self-Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg(s)
- 250 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp melted Butter
- Bitter Almond Oil
Steps (4 steps, 40 minutes)

put the flour, the sugar and the salt in a big bowl

mix the egg, the melted butter, the bitter almond oil and the milk in another boil. add the rice.

mix the ingredients of both bowls but don´t stir too long

fill the dough in 12 muffins forms and bake them for 20minutes at 220°C
