You will need

2 oz Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 1 Egg 1 oz Advocaat ½ oz Simple Syrup Ground Ginger to dust

Description

A cocktail to please your sweet tooth, this rhubarb & custard inspired flip tastes like dessert in a glass.

Instructions

1. 

   Pour the gin into a martini glass.

2. 

   Separate the egg and shake the egg yolk in a cocktail shaker with ice.

3. 

   Add the egg white, advocaat, simple syrup and shake again.

4. 

   Strain the cocktail into your glass over the gin.

5. 

   Dust with ground ginger and serve.
