A cocktail to please your sweet tooth, this rhubarb & custard inspired flip tastes like dessert in a glass.
Pour the gin into a martini glass.
Separate the egg and shake the egg yolk in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the egg white, advocaat, simple syrup and shake again.
Strain the cocktail into your glass over the gin.
Dust with ground ginger and serve.
