This cake is great because it's delicious and pleases everyone. It's also gluten free so that people who normally cannot partake now can. I add coffee to mine to give it more of a kick and underline the robust chocolatey cake.

Preheat your oven to 350 F Grease and line whatever pan it is that you are using. Add your eggs into a bowl then mix on high for about 5-8 minutes until the eggs have quadrupled in size. Then, in a separate bowl, warm up your Nutella, not so much that it's hot, just enough that it will spread easily. If it's too hot it will cook the eggs. Take about one third of your egg mixture and add it to the warm Nutella, this will help to break up the consistency of the Nutella and make it easier to incorporate into the eggs. Then transfer the eggs and Nutella into the same bowl and fold until fully combined, being very careful not to deflate the eggs. Now is also when you would add your coffee powder, if you're choosing to use it. Bake for 25-30 mintues, let cool then cover in powdered sugar. Using your Designer Stencils stencil of choice, place it in the middle and use the cocoa powder to make a design in the middle of your cake with some cocoa powder. This part is of course optional, but very pretty.
