Find an old chair! I found mine at St. Vincent De Paul for $5. It was chipped in a few places but that doesn't matter it can be fixed.
The most important step is to prep the surface! You must sand down the entire chair until a smooth and even surface forms.
After sanding fill in any gaps or chips with wood filler and allow 2-3 days to dry.
My seat was really easy to refurbish compared to others! I simply popped off the seat and pinned on a new piece of fabric.
After the wood filler has dried the painting can begin! I used 2 coats of primer and 1 coat of white paint.
Pull the cushion onto the frame and viola!
