The reflective spots on this top come in a packet in precut shapes. I've used Fehr Trade XYT top for this.
You can place them anywhere on your activewear pieces. Make sure you iron these on as the instructions say so the stickers don't come off in the wash. I've washed these pieces at least 10 times now and they are still there. These patterns are Fehr Trade XYT top and Steeplechase leggings. http://www.cleverthinking99.com/2016/01/see-spot-run.html
These precut pieces are very effective.
The blue leggings on the right has reflective stickers that I cut out. They will look ok but not as sharp as the precut shapes. I've used Fehr Trade Steeplechase leggings for these ones. http://www.cleverthinking99.com/2015/03/just-cant-stop.html
